Tech Director

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced AVL Director to join our team. This role is for someone who loves, serves, and follows Jesus passionately, and has a desire to disciple and train others in their technical journey and in their walk with Christ. The ideal candidate will lead and direct all aspects of Audio, Visual, and Lighting (AVL), including broadcast. This will be a full-time on-site position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and disciple AVL team members, fostering spiritual growth and technical excellence.
• Oversee, manage and maintain all AVL components (audio, video, lighting, and broadcast)
• Must understand both live and broadcast audio infrastructure, and operation. (Avid S6L, S4, and ProTools, L’acoustics sound systems, ATEM video switchers, GrandMA lighting consoles, ProPresenter)
• Ensure high-quality sound and video experiences during live events and broadcasts.
