Hours: Part-time (10 hours per week)

Compensation:

• $300 per weekly club ($50 extra per club if driving 45 minutes or more)
• $75 for hosting a weekly student prayer/discipleship group 
• $75 for hosting a weekly parent prayer group

Passionate about seeing Gen Z transformed by the Gospel? Crossroads invites you to help ignite a prayer-saturated revival at an Atlanta high school!

We're seeking a dedicated revivalist, evangelist, and 24/7 prayer warrior to lead a movement of salvation, healing, and deliverance. This role includes organizing club meetings, prayer groups, and fostering revival among students.

In Fall 2024, 80-100 students attended weekly, with 100+ decisions for Christ. Be part of this life-changing mission!

Key Responsibilities:

Run Spirit-Led/Word Based Club Meetings

Prepare and deliver gospel messages for the weekly FCS club. Communicate with and pray for students after meetings. We want students to feel safe, seen, and loved. 

Club Preparation

Send out weekly texts and emails to remind students about club, prayer, or leadership meetings. Create flyers for special events and outreaches. Crossroads staff and volunteers will be available to help wherever needed.

Student Leadership/Prayer Meetings

Organize and lead a student prayer meeting each week. Interact with the teacher sponsors for the club and lead or empower another person to lead the parent prayer group!

Intercession and Strategy

Crossroads, called as a “House of Prayer” in 2020, seeks to raise a prayer movement sparking revival in school clubs. This role requires attending a weekly Zoom prayer call and brief check-ins with leadership. We are believing for higher test scores, doubled graduation rates, unity, and a culture of honor among students.

Qualifications:

• Healthy relationships (God, family, friends, school and local church).
• Must provide several references of proven Christian character and life accountability.
• Must be accountable to other spiritual leaders.
• Comfortable with digital tools (Zoom, Word, Excel etc…) to attend prayer calls and advertise for meetings and outreaches.
